Can I make changes or cancel my order? Due to our swift processing time, we may not be able to cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted. Please contact us immediately if you need to make any changes to your order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: All Capital American Shaman CBD & THC smokable products (hemp flower, vape, pre-rolls, cigarettes, accessories, and paraphernalia) are FINAL SALE, NO EXCEPTIONS.

DISPOSABLES & VAPE CARTS:

• All disposables and vape cartridges are non-refundable.
• Exchanges can be made if one of the following conditions is met (within 3 days of purchase or delivery date if shipped):

1. 1. Unused/unopened
   2. The disposable battery is not retaining a charge
   3. The cartridge or battery is clogged and cannot be unclogged through troubleshooting
   4. The device is pulling but no product is being inhaled (this may be due to a low or uncharged battery)
   5. The vape cartridge is missing a component or leaking significantly (please clean your vape with rubbing alcohol, as it may just need cleaning and not be leaking)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE, ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING

• Exchanges cannot be processed for any of the following reasons:

1. 1. The taste is unsatisfactory
   2. The battery is simply not charged
   3. You simply did not like it for any reason
   4. Not in original packaging
